AD PLACEMENT
Banner Site Left - 120x60 Banner button placed on the left of the site under the Advertisements section.

Banner Bottom - 468x60 Banner placed at the bottom of the site after the site content but before the footer.

Text Link Bottom - Text link located at the bottom of the site under the content but before the footer. Text links within the portal are are located before the footer on every page.

Text Ad - 500 character ad located on the Sponsor's page within the site.

HOW TO ORDER / PAYMENTS
Payments can be made through Paypal or with a Money Order. Payments through paypal may be reoccurring and are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription you will need to do so before the next cycle.

IMPORTANT: By submitting your order you agree to the following; once your order has been placed, it becomes non-refundable. After you have completed your transaction with paypal you will be directed to a completion page where you can enter your ad information. Once your information and payment has been received you will be placed in queue (if applicable) and a run date will be given to you. You understand that there are no exceptions to the run dates. You understand that you must provide your banner/ad, that we do not offer graphic design services.

SWAP ADVERTISING - FREE

Just as the name suggests, we swap advertising. I will place your advertising on my site and you will place the equivalent advertising on your site. For example, you want to place a text link to your site at the bottom of our site. You in turn would place a text link to our site at the bottom of your site. Please note that all advertisements on this site show on all pages within the site, and therefore we would require that our advertisement show on all pages within your website as well.

PRODUCT DONATION - FREE

This is something we have just recently started and it has proved to be a huge success and is great for those that do not have a website and who may only have a facebook or myspace page (websites are also welcome though).

We are looking for items/products that would be of interest to Military and their family members to be donated as a giveaway on our site/facebook fan page. Some examples would be racing gear (after all we are a racing community), military theme items, patriotic theme items, or even gift certificates.

Donated item(s) would need to be sent directly to us. Once we receive it, we will hold either a free contest or will pick a random name from our list of fans on one of our Facebook pages or Monthly Newsletter subscribers. Your company (or name) and link to your Facebook page and/or site will be listed on our website and Facebook page(s) during the duration of the giveaway.

Once the contest is over and the winner has been announced, we will mail the item to the winner and enclose an information sheet about your company and/or product (you will need to provide this) along with anything else you send to have us include with the donated item. Please note that it is your responsibility to send an information sheet or any information about your company/product to us with your donated item. Additionally, we will place your company name, website, and what item you donated on our previous contests/giveaway page on our site.

All that we ask from you in return is that during the week your item is being given away (we will notify you before hand), to tag us in a status message from your fan page and add us as a favorite page (or if you only have a Facebook personal page to tag our Fan page in a status message). If you have a website we also ask that you place a link to our website (www.militaryracingnetwork.com) on your links page.

ADVERTISING RULES

• Ads for Adult, Gambling, and Casino sites are not allowed.
• Ads for illegal sites will not be accepted
• Ads for sites that are racist or deemed anti-military will not be accepted
• Once accepted, ad sales are final. No refunds will be given.
• All advertisers will be given their start and end dates once payment has been made. There are no exceptions to these dates
